  1. Age of Entrance

Age for admission to CSM follows the Ministry of Education requirements. A child must be:

  • Four years old to attend prekindergarten.
  • Five years old to attend kindergarten.
  • Six years old to attend First grade.
  • Seven years old to attend Second grade.
  • Eight years old to attend Third grade.
  • Grade four through grade Eight depend on the transfer letter and the grade coming from.
  • Grade Nine and above depends on the credits that have been studied and the passing grade for each subject.

Students will be admitted to CSM upon the completion of an entrance exam later an admission interview with the school New Student Acceptance Committee, and finally completing registration/financial documents.

  1. Enrollment /Re-enrollment

Students at CSM will enroll from different public and/or private schools and/or from outside the country. Enrollment criteria differs for each type

Public Schools

Grades 2-9

  1. Will depend on the passing grade for each subject
  2. Will depend on the equalization letter from the Equalization Office

Grades 10-12

There is no acceptance for students for this level

International Schools in the country and Outside the country

Grades 2-8

  • Will depend on the passing grade for each subject
  1. Will depend on the equalization letter from the Equalization Office

Grades 9-12

  1. Will depend on the credits earned in the previous school
  2. Will depend on the passing grade for the earned credits
  • Will depend on the equalization letter from the Equalization Office

In all the different cases, grade one new enrollment must follow the age criteria.

Reenrollment to CSM has the same regulations as a new Students. Thus, students will be considered new candidates when reenrolling.

            Making all the required payments

All of these factors are considered in making the admissions decision. 

Some students may be placed on a waiting list in order of priority of possible acceptance, and if an opening becomes available, we will notify applicants in order of priority.

How to do the first preliminary Registration (May/June 2021)

  1. Visit our school and reserve an interview with a team member
  2. If you are interested in our school,
  3. reserve a seat for the entrance exam and pay a non-refundable fee for the entrance exam

            KG: 150,000 ID

            G1-G8: 200,000 ID

            G9-G12: 250,000 ID

  1. Give the requested information to the reception desk.

Two photographs of your son/daughter

A copy of their ID/passport

A confirmation letter/ or a copy of their report card from their school confirming their grade level plus their grades of their midyear exam.
